Our primary training facility is located at The Community Centre, Knutsford Methodist Church, Princess Street, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6BY. We are a short 3-minute walk from the local bus station and 6 minutes from Knutsford railway station.
Yes, absolutely. Our training team travels out to schools, businesses, and clinics across both counties every single week. You don’t need to worry about providing equipment; we bring all the training resources with us. All we need from you is a clear, comfortable room with enough floor space for your team to safely practice any practical skills.
We want everyone to feel welcome, relaxed, and supported when they train with us. Our primary venue at Knutsford Methodist Church features full step-free, accessible rooms. While there isn’t dedicated long-stay parking directly outside the door, there are several public pay-and-display car parks within a flat, 2-to-5-minute walk. We are also just a short stroll from both Knutsford bus station and the railway station. You can find full details in our Joining Instructions page.
To make sure everyone gets plenty of high-quality, hands-on practice and complies with national safety standards, we cap our courses at 8 to 12 attendees, depending on the specific course. There is no strict minimum size for a private booking! If you only have a couple of staff members who need the training, just let us know. We can talk about a smaller private session or simply get them booked onto one of our regular public open courses instead.
We know you’re busy running things, so we keep our admin fast and completely straightforward. Your digital invoice and booking confirmation will land in your inbox within one working day of locking in your training date. Once your course wraps up and everyone has passed, we will process and email your digital certificates within 48 hours to keep your compliance records perfectly up to date. A quick heads-up on regulated courses: If you are taking an Ofqual-accredited qualification, the external awarding body has a standard 10-working-day turnaround to issue the official certificates to us. We keep a close eye on this and will email them over to you the second they land in our inbox!
